Taramani was released in the year 2017, where Vasanth Ravi was featured as the main lead in his debut film starring alongside known south Indian actress Andrea Jeremiah. the film was well received by the audience and the critics as well. The actor got the Best Debut actor award at the South Filmfare Awards and in Vijay Awards that time.

Music is given by Darbuka Siva and the songs are penned by Vairamuthu, Madhan, Karky, Kaber Vasuki. The songs sung by Chinmayi Sripada, Hariharasudhan, G Anthony, Arun James, Vasanth Ravi and Kaver Vasuki. Arun K Vishwa is the creative producer and Joyal Bennet has executive produced the film.
