Rajamouli’s directorial doesn’t seem to stop at the box office, the film has already surpassed its budget on Monday with total gross figures of Rs 565 Cr- Rs 580 Cr at the box office worldwide in four days.
RRR depicts the fictional story of two legendary Indian revolutionaries Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju set against the backdrop of 1920. It is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under his home banner DVV Entertainments.
Rajamouli along with the direction also wrote the screenplay for the film. RRR releases on 25 March (Friday) with Rs 232 Cr collection worldwide, marking itself the biggest opening day grosser at the Indian cinema.

After minting Rs 17 Cr on Monday Rajamouli’s directorial saw a just 5% drop on Day 5, RRR grips a decent amount of footfalls at the ticket counters on Tuesday too, it collected Rs 15.02 Cr Nett at the Hindi belt on Day 5 & with it the film has entered into Rs 100 Cr club nett at the BO North.
RRR is the 6th film post-pandemic which crosses Rs 100 Cr in the Hindi belt after Sooryavanshi, ’83 The film, Pushpa, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and The Kashmir Files, RRR also marks the third Rajamouli’s directorial after Baahubali2 and Baahubali which has done the same.

RRR has churned out Rs 232 Cr in its four-day theatrical run at the home market, the film has raked in around Rs 13.63 crore share from the region on Tuesday. With it, the overall Andhra Pradesh/Telangana collection reaches over Rs 253.10 Cr gross.
It has left behind the 5th-day record of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (Rs 11.43 Cr) and Baahubali2 (Rs 11.35 Cr)

Multi starrer this film after churning Rs 70-80 Cr gross on day 4, saw the same collection as that of Day 4 in its BO collection on Tuesday, the film minted around only Rs 60 Cr gross on Day 5. With it, the total Box Office Collection of RRR reaches in the range of Rs 625 Cr- 640 Cr in its 5-day theatrical run.
