S.S Rajamouli’s directorial much-hyped and long-awaited pan India period action film RRR graces the silver screens on 25 March 2022. Now Mouli’s magnum opus after shattering several box office records is gearing for the digital debut, scroll down to know the premiere date in all languages including Hindi.
RRR (Roudhram, Ranam Rudhiram or Rise, Roar Revolt) became India’s widest release ever, releases over 10k+ screens worldwide, it left behind the Baahubali2 8.5k-9k screens record.
Rajamouli along with the direction wrote the screenplay of the film. The big-ticket film stars many big Bollywood-Tollywood names, it is set in 1920, based on two Indian revolutionaries fighting against the British Imperial.
R.R.R Over The Top (OTT) Premiere
The post-theatrical digital rights of RRR are acquired by Zee5 and Netflix. RRR premiered on the OTT platform Netflix in Hindi and foreign languages English, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, and Spanish. And on homegrown streaming platform Zee5 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

Thereby the Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam viewers can watch the film on the digital platform Zee5, and the Hindi and the English version will be premiered on the leading streaming platform Netflix.
Netflix Release Date
Earlier we have said that the head of PEN Studios Jayantilal Gada had said in an interview that they will premiere the film on the Digital platform after 90 days of its theatrical release. “So, RRR will most likely be premiered on the streaming platform in the month of June.”
The film was released by Zee 5 on 20 May later RRR on 2o May 2022 on Netflix.
Hindi OTT Release
The streaming date of south Indian languages for RRR had also come, RRR will premiere on Zee 5 on 20 May 2022 in all south Indian languages.

R.R.R Telvision (Tv) Premiere
Zee Network and Star India Network are the satellite partners of RRR, therefore the Hindi version of the film will be premiered on the pay television Zee Cinema and other south Indian versions will be premiered on Star India’s south subsidiary companies.

Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR holds the record of the highest grosser opening day Indian film, churning out Rs 235 Cr+ gross on the very first day of the release. The period action flick so far has grossed Rs 1133.25 crores worldwide and is the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of all time and the third highest-grossing film in India.
Star Cast of R.R.R
N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan are portraying the role of Indian revolutionaries as Komaram Bheema from Telangana and Alluri Sitarama Raju from Andhrapradesh respectively.
Known Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt are also part of the movie, Alia is essaying the character, Sita. Other actors Olivia Morris, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Alison Doody, and Ray Stevenson in pivotal roles.
The film is backed by D.V.V. Danayya and made under the banner of DVV Entertainments, it is said to be made on a budget of Rs 400 crore. The shooting went on floors in Nov 2018 and concluded in Aug 2021.
RRR Theatrical Release Date
RRR was released in cinemas worldwide on 25 March 2022 in various languages Telugu including its dubbed versions Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and foreign dubbed languages like English, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, and Spanish.
Pen Studios bagged the theatrical distribution rights for Northern Region under their banner Pan Marudhar, Tamilnadu distribution rights by Lyca Productions, and for Karnataka, the theatrical distribution rights acquired by KVN Productions.
Sai Madhav Burra wrote the dialogues, K.K Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer and the Editing is done by A.Sreekar Prasad. The music is given by M.M. Keeravani.
This film is like a celebration of cinema, promotion level is record-breaking itself, posters in public transport, interviews of the team on several platforms, Bigg Boss 15 to The Kapil Sharma Show, all over this has gained much-hyped, now the promotional song is scheduled for 14th March.
