India’s longest-running reality television singing show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, started off with its 30th season from 16 Oct 2021, after concluding the auditions on 15 Aug 2021.
The singing show finally saw its grand gala finale event on March 6 (Sunday) after entertaining the viewers week after week since October. Neelanjana Ray beating the other 5 finalists Sanjana Bhatt, Ananya Chakraborty, Snighdajit Bhowmik, Rajashri Bag, and Sharad Sharma, emerged as the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2021.
The finale was graced by the legendary Singer Udit Narayan and Bollywood’s background singer Malang fame Shilpa Rao as a guest. The powerful performances of all 6 finalists made the finale more interesting with Udit Narayan sharing some rib-tickling anecdotes of his singing career.
Winner & Prize Money
However, Neelanjana Ray from Alipurduar, West Bengal emerged as the winner of the show, she copped the coveted trophy and the Rs 10 lakh prize money.
Rajashri Baig and Sharad Sharma who gave tough competition to the winner emerged as the first & second runner-ups respectively. They were awarded Rs 5 Lakhs and Rs 3 Lakhs respectively. Sanjana Bhat from Delhi was the third runner-up.

There have been many celebrities that have come to the show over the weekends like Neha Kakkar and her husband Rohan Preet Singh, and Shahid Kapoor Along with Mrunal Thukar also graced the show.
Shahid and Mrunal came to the show to promote their film Jersey, which has now been put off owing to the surge in covid cases in India. Known filmmaker of Bollywood Subhash Ghai also had graced the show as a guest.
The singing show had begun with 16 top contestants that were selected from the grand auditions. The competitors would perform in front of three judges and 30 Grand Jury Members. Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani, and Shankar Mahadevan are the three judges of this season and singer Aditya Narayan is the host he is the son of the legendary singer Udit Narayan.

The Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is one of the most successful singing shows in India, The first season of it started in the year 1995 with the many known singers-composers of that time as judges and the melody king Sonu Nigam as host since then it has been completed its 29 seasons.
Following the popularity of the show, the show has also been remade in the 9 regional languages of India Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Odia, Telugu, Punjabi, and Tamil. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2020 has seen its Grand Finale on April 2021 and was won by Arkadeep Mishra.
