Ranbir Kapoor’s highly anticipated film Shamshera’s teaser is finally out, Along with Ranbir, it also stars Sanjay Dutt, and Vaani Kapoor. Ranbir has been away from the big screens for four years, now his fans will finally get to see him in his never seen before role.

He is essaying the titular character in the film, recently the first look of the same was unveiled by the makers, in which Ranbir is seen sporting a full-grown beard and long hair, holding axe in his hands, which captivated the audience.

Now, they have dropped the 1 min 21-sec teaser video, in which we see the new strikingly lethal look of Ranbir and Sanjay Dutt, the latter is portraying the role of ruthless authoritarian general Shuddh Singh. We will again get to see Sanju in a villain’s role on big screens after KGF-2.

Shamshera Teaser Review

It doesn’t reveal much about the story, by the look of it appears to be a mix of 70s action epic and old-fashioned western, Shamshera tells the story of the character of the same name who is a slave and then becomes a leader for his tribe and then a legend for them. Ranbir is seen leading his tribe the across vast deserts in the teaser, he is wielding an axe against the adversaries. It is set in the fictitious city of Kaza.

The teaser of Shamshera seems to set the social media on fire, as it is well received by the viewers, it is being praised for BGM, Ranbir and Sanju’s look, cinematography and visual effects, and many fans took to Twitter to share their reviews.



Shamshera Trailer Release Date

Agneepath fame Karan Malhotra directed the film, it is written by Nilesh Mishra and Khila Bist, the dialogues are written by Piyush Mishra (Aarambh Hai Prachand fame), backed by Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films.

The trailer of Shamshera will be out on 24 June 2022, it is set to hit the theatres next month in three languages Hindi, and dubbed versions Tamil and Telugu.
