American superhero movie Shazam!, which is based on the DC Comics character of the same name, is back with its sequel titled Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
Directed by David F. Sandberg, the film is the twelfth film in the American media franchise DC Extended Universe (DCEU).
The first part “Shazam!” was released on April 5, 2019, and received a positive response from the audience as well as critics. It became a massive hit and grossed $366 million worldwide.
Right after its release in 2019, the makers of the movie announced that it will be renewed for the second part. As soon as the makers announced it, the excitement among the fans for the new sequel touched the sky. It is one of the much-awaited superhero movies, and Indian fans are excited after the trailer.
Shazam 2 Box Office Collection
Directed by David F. Sandburg, Shazam 2 has been released in India in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. The film earned between 2-5 Cr in India by selling over 120K tickets, as per the reports. It is estimated to take Rs 5 Cr opening on the first day in India.

The film is directed by David F. Sandberg and the screenplay is written by Henry Gayden along with Chris Morgan. Gyula Pados is handling the cinematographic work.

Shazam 2 Release Date
In March, the makers of the movie revealed the release date of the highly-anticipated sequel of Shazam!. It was scheduled to release a few days prior to Christmas 2022, or on 16th December 2022 in the USA, but postponed now.
It will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. Earlier, it was scheduled to be released on April 1, 2022, but was delayed to November 4, 2022, and then again to June 2, 2023, finally getting a new date ’17 March 2023′.
Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom which was to release on 17th of March, is slated to release Christmas 2023.
