Hanu Raghavapudi’s directorial “Sita Ramam” had opened with a below-par start at the box office despite receiving rave reviews from critics. However, the film saw an unexpected growth on the second day due to audiences word of mouth.
The film stars Dulquer Salman, Rashmika Mandanna, and Mrunal Thakur in the main leads. It is produced by Aswini Dutt under his banner Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinemas.
Box Office Collection Day 2
The biz is expected to show the growth on the third day as well due to positive word of mouth. It exceeded the expectations and collects Rs 7.25 Cr gross on the second day worldwide, as per Telugu BO tracker T2bLive. Now, the total two days of WW gross collections of “Sita Ramam” reaches Rs 7.25 Cr gross.

Struggle to breakeven
Salman-led now needs to recover around Rs 10.32 Cr shares at the ticket counters worldwide, for that it would have to struggle a lot as on day 1 the shares didn’t come in as was expected from the flick. The growing trend over the weekend will help it to reach more close to the breakeven target
Suffered loss due to clash on Day 1
The film received positive reviews from the critics and whoever watched it, still didn’t fare well on the first day. It was expected to churn out most from the home states but looks like it suffered a loss due to a clash with Bimbisara. As per the Telugu trade reports, the film minted Rs 2.25 Cr gross (Rs 1.25 Cr shares) at the box office in Telugu states.
