Mollywood superstar Dulquer Salmaan starrer Sita Ramam is receiving love on OTT after having a successful theatre run. Billed as a Telugu period romantic action drama, it has won critical acclaim as well as audiences’ hearts.
Directed and written by Hanu Raghavapadi, it is the second film of DQ after r2018 blockbuster drama film Mahanati. Sita Ramam is produced by C. Aswani Dutt under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Films.

Sita Raman OTT Star Cast
Set in 1964, the film stars DQ in the male lead as Lieutenant Ram whereas actress Mrunal Thakur of Hindi film Jersey fame as his love interest Sita Mahalakshmi. It also stars bubbly beauty Rashmika Mandanna in the prominent role as Afreen.

Sita Ramam Hindi OTT Release Date
The film was released theatrically on August 25, 2022 on Telugu as well as dubbed Tamil and Malayalam versions. It received critical acclaim as well as emerged as a commercial success.
The good news for all the DQ fans in North, after Box Office, it’s soon to be premiere on OTT in Hindi audio. The film’s OTT rights sold to popular streaming platform Amazon Prime Video and it is streaming on the platform from September 9, 2022 in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages, now Kannada from 11 Oct.

Sita Ramam Reviews & Box-Office Collection
On its opening day, the film collected a gross collection of Rs. 5.25 crore worldwide and on the same day, collected a gross of $400K at the US box-office. It crossed a Rs. 50 cr mark worldwide in just 10 days and a lifetime collection of Rs. 100 crore+ in all the three languages. Now, talking about its performance in the Hind belt, the film has collected around Rs. 10 crore in Hindi belt.
