The popular Malayalam actor, who is the son of veteran actor T. G. Ravi has been arrested by the Kerala police. This is not the first time when his name comes up in such cases. The Malayalam film actor was questioned by the police as he was accused of a few years back too.
And was bailed because it was a misunderstanding according to Sreejith Ravi, claimed he was not with the group of people who were accused by the girls.
About Sreejith Ravi’s career
The 45-year-old film actor from the Malayalam industry who has done his acting debut in 2005 in the film Mayookham and got his big break in the movie Chanthupottu in 2205 only, has also worked in Kannada films.
Sreejith Rav has worked in Tamil and Malayalam films like Mission 90 Days, Punyalan Private Limited, Contessa, Kerala today, and many more, has worked in regional industries and is known in Tamil industries for his films Madha Yaanai Koottam, Kathakali, and Asuravadham.
Accusations on him
Srejith Ravi has been arrested as he was accused of exhibiting nudity to two Minor girls. He has been arrested under section 11 of the protection of children from Sexual Offences.
In 2016 the actor was arrested for doing a similar thing. The actor has done gross acts many times. According to a report he was arrested after a group of 14 school girls from Palakkad accused him of exposing himself to them in public
Police statement on the case
The police have stated that the incident has been recorded on the CCTV camera and the incident occurred on 4th July. In the clip, we can see that he is sitting in the car and two minor girls came along.
And Sreejith got out of the car and showed off his genitals. A police investigation is underway, as is an investigation of the car, and when investigators spoke with the actor, he revealed that he has apparently been getting treatment for his behavioral disorder.
