Popular Kids’ dance reality show Superstar Singer ends as the grand finale of the show premiered on 3rd of Sep, 2022. The show started on April 23rd 2022 and provided a grand platform for talented singing enthusiasts of the country, who are aged between 7 to 15.
It was started with top 15 contestants selected after audition round who were mentors by talented singers Salman Ali (Indian Idol 10 winner), Pawandeep Rajan (Indian Idol 12 winner), Arunita Kanjilal (Indian Idol 12 first runner-up), and Sayli Kamble (Indian Idol 12 Second runner up) and Mohd. Danish (Indian Idol 12 third runner-up).
Like the previous season, this season is judged by Bollywood singers Himesh Reshammiya, Javed Ali and Alka Yagnik whereas Aditya Narayan has hosted the show.

Superstar Singer 2 Finalists
The semi-finale of Superstar Singer 2 was graced by veteran Bollywood actors Govinda and Satish Kaushik. It was aired on August 28, 2022. The contestants gave their best to reach the finale and Mohammad Faiz, Aryananda R. Babu, Mani Dharamkot, Pranjal Biswas, Sayisha Gupta and Rituraj emerged as the top 6 or the finalists of the show.

Superstar Singer 2 Grand Finale Guests
Padmini Kolhapure, Poonam Dhillon, music maestro Anand grace the show as special judges for the grand finale. Indian popular singers Shabbir Kumar, Sonu Kakkar and Bhumi Trivedi will also showcase their singing talent at the finale event.

The Grand finale show ends with all finalists’ breathtaking performances, the show’s name of the winner of the show was already leaked. Well, Mohammad Faiz from Team Arunita Ke Ajoobe has been declared as the Winner of Superstar Singers 2.
Along with the winning trophy, he also won a Rs. 15 lakh case prize, Mani and Sayisha were declared 1st and 2nd runner-up, respectively.

About Mohammad Faiz
Well, ever since the show commenced, Mohammad Faiz was the name everyone was expecting to be the show’s winner and finally it happened. The 15 year old talented singer Mohammad Faiz was born on February 18th, 2022 into a middle-class family and he hails from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
He previously participated in singing shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs (2019) and Love Me India Kid (2018). He has more than 5 lakh followers on Instagram handle which is managed by his parents, as per Insta bio. If you visit his Insta account, you will see many pictures and videos of him performing on the “Superstar Singer” show.

Superstar Singer 1 Winner
In the previous season, Priti Bhattacharjee from Nitin Kumar’s team was declared the winner. She also received the case prize of Rs. 15,00,000 lakh and all the top six contestants received an educational scholarship of Rs. 2 lakh each.
