Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty’s debut film Tadap after garnering decent footfalls at the theatres is now gearing up for the OTT release.
Directed by Once upon a time in Mumbai (2010) fame Milan Luthria and Rajat Arora wrote the screenplay for the film. Sajid Nadiadwala launched this star kid in 2021.
Tadap was released theatrically on 3 Dec 2021, got negative to mixed reviews from the critics but amassed a decent collection at the box office. Critics bashed the poor screenplay but praised the acting and dialogues.
On the other, theatergoers loved Ahan’s performance, his physique, story, and the songs especially ‘Tumse Bhi Zyada’ sung by Arijit Singh.

Box Office
Tadap did the business of around Rs 35 crores at the box office worldwide in its 4 weeks of theatrical run, wherein it accumulated Rs 26.91 Cr (Nett) from the domestic market and Rs 2.82 Gross from the Overseas. Being a debutante, we can say it is a good start for Ahan’s filmy career.
Disney+Hotstar Release Date
Talking about the film, It is the adaptation of the 2018 Tollywood super hit film RX 100 directed by Ajay Bhupathi. Tadap is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala under his home banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in association with Fox Star Studios.
As we know, the Post theatrical digital rights of the film were acquired by the Over the Top (OTT) platform Disney+Hotstar, thereby as per the deal, Tadap is now slated to be streamed on the digital platform from 28 January 2022.
