Canadian actress Megan Park’s directorial debut film The Fallout is soon going to hit the screens. The film had its world premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival in March 2021 and won two awards in the category of Narrative Feature competition Grand Jury and Audience Award.
On the other, Megan Park won the Brightcove Illumination award at the festival. Fallout has a 92% positive rating on the Rotten Tomatoes review website, the film also got positive critical reviews from ‘The Hollywood’ Reporter, IndieWire, Variety, The Hollywood Outsider, etc, wherein it got praised for the screenplay, main leads act, and in particular the direction by Megan Park.
Recently makers unveiled the Official Trailer of the Fallout on SM platforms. In three days the trailer has been viewed over 6 lakhs times with 32 thousand likes on Youtube. As the trailer suggests, The film is a coming-of-age drama that revolves around a high school girl Vada Cavell.

Fallout went on the floors in Aug 2020 in Los Angeles, U.S.A, and concluded on Sept 2020 Now it is all set to hit the digital screens on 27 January 2022 in the leading American streaming platform HBO Max. For the United States, the distributors are Warner Bros. Pictures and the International Distributors are Universal Pictures.
Fall Out Theatrical Release?
Therefore We can say that, in those territories where the digital platform is not available, Fallout will be released theatrically by Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures, though the official confirmation by the makers is yet to come.
