Academy award-winning screenplay writer The Imitation Game (2014) fame Graham Moore is soon coming with a crime drama film The Outfit which marks his directorial debut. He also co-wrote the screenplay along with Johnathan McClain.
The outfit centers around an expert tailor Leonard (portrayed by Mark Rylance) who must outsmart a dangerous group of gangsters so as to pull through from a decisive night.
Star Cast of The Outfit
Oscar award winner Mark Rylance essaying the titular role of Leonard. Everybody Wants Some!! and Netflix series The Politician fame Zoey Deutch (Mable), Teen Wolf series fame Dylan O’Brien. Stardust fame Johnny Flynn (Francis), Simon Russell Beale (Roy), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Violet), and Alan Mehdizadeh (Monk) will be seen playing key roles.
Synopsis
As its trailer suggests Leo is a trailer who would craft suits in the famous street of Mayfair city, London and he also had traveled almost all the world. Now, after a personal mishap, he found himself in Chicago, U.S. Things tweaked when some wrongdoers arrive at his door to find something mysterious so as to survive he has to outwit them.
The Outfit Release Date
The principal photography of The outfit commenced in March 2021 and the whole shooting concluded in April 2021. The crime drama will be premiered at the 72nd annual Berlin International Film Festival aka Berlinale which will come about from February 10 to 22, 2022.
Though it was initially planned to release the film on Feb 25 by the makers, In Jan, they announced that The Outwit will hit the theatres on 18 March 2022.

Its 2 minutes 39-second gripping official trailer was unveiled on Nov 2021 by the makers and it has been viewed over by 25 lakh times so far (as of Feb 3), Movie lovers are so excited to watch the fusion of two Oscar awardees’ works in one frame.
