N. Lingusamy directed “The Warrior” was opened with mixed to negative reviews from the critics, however, it saw a wonderful opening at the ticket windows. It is an action thriller and stars Ram Pothineni in a rowdy cop avatar apart from him, it has Aadhi Pinishetty and Krithi Shetty in pivotal roles.
After opening with amazing figures at the ticket counters, it saw a major drop on Day 2, it will impact the overall collections of the film as it was a more than a usual drop.
Box Office Collection Day 4
The good thing is RAPO starrer has an extended weekend which gives it a chance to recover in the weekend itself, the film saw growth on Saturday and grossed Rs 4.75 Cr for a worldwide total of around Rs 21.30 crores, as per Telugu trade reports.
Pothineni-Pinishetty led again saw a growth in the collections on Sunday (Day 4), as per the Telugu BO tracker T2BLive, it earns Rs 6.10 Cr gross on Day 4 to take the total worldwide collections of the film Rs 28 crores.

First Monday is crucial
It now needs to maintain a decent hold in the coming weekdays to cross the breakeven, it needs around Rs 19 Cr more to emerge as a hit in Telugu states. All will depend on how it performs on the first Monday which will make clear whether it will be going to cross the BE mark or not.
Telugu industry is struggling to see a clean hit for a while barring Major no other films have succeeded to emerge as a hit, and recent releases like Virata Paravam, Godse, Sammathame, Gargi, Pakka Commercial, Ante Sundariniki failed to meet the expectations of trade pundits. What will be the fate of the RAPO starrer is remained to be seen yet.
