Sathyaraj, who got fame across the nation for his role, Kattappa, in the blockbuster Baahubali franchise, will soon be seen in the main lead role of director Dheeran’s next Tamil film Theerpugal Virkapadum.
Theerpugal Virkapadum which translates as Judgements are for sale is a Kollywood action thriller film based on real-life events. The Tollywood version of the film is titled Emergency. Along with doing the direction Dheeran also wrote the screenplay, it is his debut film as a director.
Star Cast of Theerpugal Virkapadum
The film explores the story of a father whose sole daughter was attacked by some evil minds, now the main lead has to fight against those ill minds antagonists.
Sathyaraj will reportedly do a gynecologist role in the film, Action thriller Thadam fame Smruthi Venkat will play the daughter’s role of Sathyaraj as Bharathi, other actors Harish Uthaman, George Maryan, Madhusudhan Rao, Sriranjani, Lizzie Antony, Renuka, Charle, Lollu Sabha Manohar, Kaalai, Subramani, Jeeva Ravi, and Pondy Ravi are also the part of the movie.
Theerpugal Virkapadum Release Date
Theerapugal Virkkapadum is bankrolled by C.R. Saleem under the banner of Altari Movies. Makers recently announced the release date of this long-awaited film through the SM platforms will hit the theatres on 31 Dec 2021 worldwide.

The music in the film is given by Prasad S.N and the Cinematography and the editing has been carried out by Anji Garudavega and Noufal Abdullah respectively. The action by Dinesh Subbarayan, and the choreographer is Azhar. Haroon Kuniyil executive produced the film.
