Marvel’s latest outing “Thor: Love and Thunder” has enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the box office worldwide. As per the box office mojo, so far Thor 4 has grossed USD 302 million (INR 2398.80 crores approx) worldwide to become the 10th highest grosser of 2022.
It has earned USD 143M (INR 1135.55 Cr approx) in the domestic and USD 159M (INR 1262.61 Cr approx) in the international markets. The film is expected to end up its lifetime under the Top 5 in the list of the highest grosser of 2022 at the BO WW.
Box Office Collection Day 5
The Rs 64.80 Cr on the first weekend is big, especially in these times when Bollywood failed to deliver any film that can attract footfall. If leave BB2 and JJJ, failures of Rashtrakavach OM, Heropanti2, Runway 34, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Khuda Haafiz 2, etc are testimony to that.
However, as per the trade experts, Thor: Love and Thunder will continue to attract footfalls on the weekdays also. As per a report of box office India, Thor 4 earned Rs Rs 5 Cr+ on its first Monday (Day 6) at the box office, the total collections of Thor: Love and Thunder now stands at Rs 70 Cr+ nett in India.
It was an expected drop of over 50%, however, it will now head for Rs 80-83 crore in the first week.

Box Office Weekend 1
The film has been performing very well in India also, Thor 4 had an excellent extended first weekend of four days. It minted Rs 64.80 crores and emerged as the fifth highest weekend 1 grosser Hollywood film of all time, in India and the second-highest of the year after Doctor Strange 2 (Rs 79.50 Cr).
