Hollywood’s superhero film “Thor: Love and Thunder” or simply “Thor 4” continues to maintain a decent hold on the weekdays. The film was released in India on July 7, a day prior to the U.S.
The film had an excellent first weekend of Rs 64.80 Crs in India and has been showing a decent hold on the weekdays. However, the drop on Monday was big but the job has been done for Chris starrer on the first weekend as the first-weekend collection rake in more than half of the collections of a film’s lifetime.
Heading Towards 100 Crore Mark
Thor 4 is now heading towards Rs 100 Cr mark, if it manages to show good growth from Friday onwards, it will cross the feat by the second weekend. Thor 4 or Thor: Love and Thunder serve as a sequel to Thor: Ragnarok (2017) and the fourth part in the Thor film series.
Chris Hemsworth starrer seems will finish at a lifetime around Rs 110 crores in India, it is directed by Taika Waititi who also wrote the film along with Jennifer Kaytin Robinson.

Box Office Collection Day 7
In the two weekdays Thor 4 earned over Rs 9 crores, now going by the trends, it will cross the Rs 75 Cr mark on its first Wednesday. As per the trade estimation it earns in the range of Rs 2.8 to 3 Cr on Day 7 to take the total collections of Thor 4 over Rs 77 Cr in India.

It is expected that the film will hold decent in coming weekdays and then will show a good jump in the collections on the second weekend due to lack of competition. The downtrend in the collections will start on the second Monday onwards.
