It has grossed over $1.48B at the box office worldwide making it the highest-grossing film in the actor’s career and 2nd film of the pandemic era to achieve this feat after Spiderman-NWH. Recently, Chris Pratt starrer Jurassic World: Dominion becomes the 3rd film to join the $1B club.

As per the Box Office Mojo, Top Gun: Maverick has accumulated $1.486B at the box office worldwide which makes it the 11th highest-grossing film of all time. It recently goes past the Frozen 2 (2019) lifetime of $1.45B to achieve the feat.
The worldwide collection of Tom Cruise starrer is consist of $716.6M (INR 5891 crores approx) in the domestic market and $770M (INR 6330 crores approx) in the international market.
The movie played in theatres for 161 days with this, it became the 5th highest grosser all-time at the box office, in North America. It is the top-rated film of Tom Cruise’s career.

Joseph Kosinski directed churned-out decent collections at the Indian box office as well. It had taken a start of 1.94 crores and further witnessed an upward trend in its earnings over the weekend, it accumulated over Rs 12.68 crores in the extended opening weekend. The film clocked Rs 17.71 crores in its first week and finished its lifetime by clocking in Rs 34.50 crores.
