In a sad incident that is coming from the TV industry, actress Vaishali Takkar died on Sunday, October 16, 2022, by suicide. The news has come as a big shock to the entire nation, especially for the entertainment industry.
The 30-year old actress, known for her roles in popular TV shows like “Sasural Simar Ka” and “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai”, reportedly hanged herself in her Indore residence on Sunday.

Police Found a Suicide Note
The incident happened in Tejaji Nagar’s Sai Bagh Colony area and the police have taken the body for postmortem in the MS Hospital to get further details and information behind the death. However, as per the police, they also recovered a suicide note from her possession, which hinted at her turbulent love life and also suggested that she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend.
Vaishali was About to Get Married by the Year-End
The actress, who left her fans and followers devastated by ending her life, was supposed to tie the knot with her boyfriend, Dr. Abhinandan Singh Hundal, by the end of this year. She was even planning to come to Mumbai post Diwali for her wedding shopping.
Vaishali had a roka ceremony in April 2021 and was supposed to fly to Uganda for her marriage. She was planning to get married in 2021, but due to COVID-19, she postponed the plan as she was helping those in need during the pandemic. She shared this in an interview last year.
