This weekend three Big Indian films are going to lock horns, these are Alia Bhat Starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi, Power star of Telugu cinema Pawan Kalyan starrer Bheemla Nayak, and much anticipated Thala Ajith Kumar starrer Valimai.
With the latter being released one day prior to others on 24 Feb (Thursday). As per their trailer, all the three films have created a huge buzz among the moviegoers, but who among them is going to eventually win at the box office battle? Read on our analysis.
Bollywood star actress Alia Bhatt is appearing on the screens after almost 15 months, she was last seen in the action-thriller Sadak 2 directed by Mahesh Bhatt.
Her last big screens appearance was period romantic Kalank both the films Sadak2 and Kalank received negative reviews from the critics as well as the audience.
Now Gangubai Kathiawadi which made much anticipation through its trailer and Alia’s acting is also being praised. It will release in two languages Hindi along with its dubbed version Telugu.

On the other, Pawan Kalyan, whose last presence Vakeel Saab is the third-highest Telugu grossing film of the year 2021, is also gracing the screens with his action drama Bheemla Nayak. It is also being released in two languages Telugu and dubbed Hindi.

And Ajith Kumar who is appearing on the silver screens after over two years, his film Valimai will grace the screens on Thursday. His countless fans are waiting for him we can guess from the fact that in the online ticket booking website Book My Show, there are over 2 lakh people who have shown interest in the film.
Valimai is gracing the cinemas in 4 languages Tamil, along with dubbed versions of Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu. It is also being released one day prior to the other two films, so it also got the chance to take the lead.
Talking about the Box office predictions, All the three films are big-budget & big starrer films, but as per the trends south Indian films seem will win at the BO.
As we have seen the latest trends, past two films which were released in Hindi belt Pushpa and ’83, the dubbed Hindi version have grossed exceptionally well in the circuit. Despite ’83 getting rave reviews for the story, performance, etc, it couldn’t manage to beat Pushpa’s BO collections.
So, as per our predictions, the south Indian films have more chances to gross big at the box office than Ganguabai Kathiawadi, as both the films are mass entertainers like Pushpa. In particular action thriller Valimai is getting amazing responses at the advance ticket bookings. Rest we will leave it to the script and the theatergoers.
