Vicky was born in 1988 to a veteran stuntman of Bollywood Sam Kaushal, his debut movie in Bollywood is Sameer Sharma directorial Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana in the year 2018, where he played the young omi’s role. The film was considered a hit at the box office.

Masaan (2015) was his first film as the main lead, which got him into the little limelight among movie lovers. He won the Best Male Debut award in the IIFA and Screen Awards for portraying his role beautifully in the film, his dialogue ‘Saala Ye Dukh Kaahe Khatam Nahi Hota’ went quite viral that time.

The actor got a wider audience through the two big banner films of the year 2018, Raazi and Sanju. Both the latter films were on the list of highest grosser of that year. In the further year 2019, he rose to fame across India from Aditya Dhar’s directorial Uri based on the surgical strike done by the Indian Army in Pakistan. He got the National Film Award for wonderfully portraying the Major’s role in the movie.

1- Sam Bahadur

Vicky again featured in the producer Ronnie Screwvala’s Next ‘Sam Bahadur’ after Uri (2019). The film is a biopic on India’s first field marshall Sam Manekshaw. It is made under the banner of RSVP Movies.

Dangal fame onscreen sisters duo Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh joined the star Cast of Sam Bahadur.

2- The Great Indian Family

Vicky will feature next on the big Banner YRFs’ The Great Indian Family, where he will be sharing the screen with the debutant 2017 miss world winner Manushi Chillar.

Reportedly the film’s shooting has been completed but the makers are waiting to release first their long-awaited movie Prithviraj starring Akshay Kumar, which is releasing this year during Diwali. After this, they will release this Comical genre by next year.

3- Mr. Lele

Vicky after The Great Indian Family will appear in Karan Johar’s own banner Dharma Productions Next Mr. Lele. It is a comical thriller movie, starring Vicky along with Bhumi Pednekar and Kabir Singh fame Kiara Advani.

The film’s shooting concluded last month (September 2021). And after its post-production works e.g dubbing and editing the film will be ready to hit theatres by mid-2022.

4- Luka Chuppi

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s 2019’s superhit film Luka Chuppi sequel has gone on the floor, Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan replaced this pair in the movie.

5- Takht

The film has an ensemble star cast, it is said that Takht is Karan’s dream project. The film revolves around the Mughal era time, exploring the story of Aurangzeb and Dara Shikoh. There is no news on the film’s production from when the shooting of the film will start.

6- The Immortal Ashwatthama

This much-hyped film will be a big budget, it is based on the greatest epic Mahabharat’s character Ashwatthama. Vicky Kaushal shares first-look posters as his blockbuster Uri: The Surgical Strike completed 2 years in Jan 2022. All set to go on the floor in early 2023, Samantha might join him as the lead female.
