Ulganayagan’s film Vikram continues its bullish run at the box office, the film recently broke the five-year long-standing record of Baahubali2 in Tamil Nadu to become the highest grosser film in the state, and it is now targetting Rs 175 Cr.
The film already stands at the number 2 spot in the highest-grossing Tamil films of all time list, it is currently in its third week. On its third Monday (Day 17), it earned Rs 3.65 Cr taking the total worldwide collections to Rs 367.45 Cr gross.
Box Office Collection Day 19
Going by the trends, the film will maintain the hold in the coming days, as per the reports, it earned Rs 2.75 Cr gross on Day 19 making the total collections Rs 370.20 Cr gross worldwide.
So far the film earned Rs 161.60 Cr in Tamil Nadu, Rs 27.60 Cr in AP-TG, Karnataka Rs 19.15 Cr, Kerala Rs 35.55 Cr, and the Rest of India Rs 10.10 Cr. The overseas collection of Vikram reached Rs 116.20 Cr.

Third Film in Loki Cinematic Universe?
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vikram serves as the second film in his cinematic universe after Kaithi (2019). There is news buzzing in media circles that Lokesh has a back story ready for Fahad Faasil’s character Agent Amar.
While the director earlier confirmed that he will be doing Kaithi 2 (Backstory of Dilli), which will be the sequel to Kaithi, the confirmation regarding Amar’s character is yet awaited.
