Kollywood superstar Kamal Haasan has once again proved why he is called Ulga Nayagan (Universal Hero), the superstar’s film on day 1 has performed very well at the box office worldwide.
The film has become the highest grosser Tamil film in UAE on day 1, and the second-highest grosser in Australia and New Zealand. On Friday, Vikram was released in three languages, the original version in Tamil and dubbed versions in Telugu and Hindi.
The Hindi and Telugu title is Vikram-Hitlist. The film was opened with positive responses from the critics and has become the third-highest opening day grosser Kollywood film of 2022.

Vikram is being praised for the plot, action sequences, and direction of Lokesh Kanagraj in his fourth directorial venture. The critics and the viewers alike are also loving the background music of Anirudh Ravichander.

Now the total collection of the film stands at Rs 35.08 Cr, and will certainly cross the Rs 50 Cr mark on Sunday. The film is performing very well in the overseas market also.
Thala Vijay’s Valimai had earned Rs 36.17 Cr on Day 1, and Thalapathy Beast’s Day 1 Collection was somewhere around Rs 30 Cr. So, we assume that Vikram has collected in the range of Rs 25 to 30 Cr on Friday in Tamil Nadu.
Vikram earned 27,204 dollars (Rs 13 L approx) on Day 1 from New Zealand, 233,754 dollars from Australia (Rs 1.30 Cr approx) and it has crossed 325k dollars (Rs 2.5 Cr approx) in the USA by evening on Friday.
