Hrithik Roshan-Saif Ali Khan starrer Vikram Vedha has completed its one-week run at the box office. The flick had generated a good buzz among the audience through its trailer but took a below-par start at the box office.
However, Hrithik’s film has gone past the 50 crores mark on Day 6 which many films struggled to fetch, this year. The film is now heading to wrap under 100 crores nett lifetime in the domestic market.

Vikram Vedha 1st Week Report
Despite the good buzz among the cinephiles ahead of the release, Hrithik starrer opened with a below-par start of 10.58 crores, however, it did see an upward trend in the collections but on the lower side. It draws in 36.94 crores in the first weekend.
It saw a normal drop on its first Monday and witnessed growth on Day 5 and Day 6 due to Dussehra. On day 6 it recorded a growth of a huge 25% which helped it cross the 50 crore mark within a week.
Box Office Collection Day 8
It again witnessed a drop on Thursday which is normal and collected Rs 3.26 crores. The first-week collection of Vikram Vedha stands at Rs 58.57 crores. And now, as per the early trade estimations, it adds another 3 crores** at its cash registers on Friday to take the total collections of Vikram Vedha to over 60 crores** domestically.

Eying 100 crores worldwide
It is certain to go past the 70 crore mark on the second weekend, from there the flick would target to draw in another 30 crores in its remaining days before pulling from the theatres. Fetching 30 crores should be easy as it will have an open run at the box office until Ram Setu arrives on Oct 25th. Doctor G and Goodbye cater to the class audience, hence these flicks will not impact its run.
That said, the worldwide collection of Vikram Vedha stands at 99.56 crores which consist of 69.73 crores gross in the domestic market and 29.83 crores gross in the overseas market. It is certain to cross the 100 crores gross mark, globally in the second weekend.
