Visfot is an upcoming horror drama film that is directed by Kookie Gulati, who is popularly known for the Abhishek Bachchan-starrer financial thriller film The Big Bull.
The film is the official Hindi adaptation of 2012 Venezuelan film Rock, Paper and Scissors, directed by Hernan Jabes. It is bankrolled by Sanjay Gupta’s White Feather Films in association with Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series Films.
Visfot Star Cast
The film stars actors Riteish Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan in lead roles, marking the latter’s comeback in the film after the 2010 romantic comedy drama film Dulha Mil Gaya.
Visfot also marks the second collaboration between Khan and Deshmukh after a period of 14 years, as they were last seen together in Sajid Khan’s 2007 comedy film Heyy Babby.
Talking about Riteish Deshmukh, he was last seen in the recently released comedy film Mister Mummy alongside his wife and actress Genelia D’Souza. It was his second film of the year after Plan A Plan B.
The actor also had the Marathi film Ved in the queue, whereas Fardeen Khan will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Heeramandi. The upcoming remake also stars Priya Bapat, Sheeba Chadha, and Krystle D’Souza in key roles.

Release Date
Talking about the film’s release, it will skip the theatrical release and have a direct-to-OTT release. Sanjay Gupta, the film’s producer, revealed to a media house that the film will be released directly on OTT rather than in theatres due to unfavourable box office conditions.
However, the team is yet to reveal the release date and OTT platform on which it will be revealed.
About the Film
The film’ shoot was completed in February 2021, and it was shot in the South Mumbai locality. Reportedly, Riteish plays a pilot in the film, whose set gets kidnapped by Fardeen’s character, who is from Dongri.
