Now as per recent reports, Bollywood’s acclaimed actor Ranveer Singh is all set to join the list, as he has purchased the property in Bandra in a whopping amount.
Ranveer Singh Buys Quadruplex in Bandra
Band Baaja Baaraat fame Ranveer Singh will soon be a neighbor of Shah Rukh Khan. As per recent buzz, the actor along with his father Jagjit Sunder Singh Bhavnani company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, has bought a seas-facing quadruplex in Bandra nearby SRK’s mannat and Salman’s Galaxy Apartment.
Cost of Apartment
The actor has bought the apartment spread across floors 16, 17, 18 and 19 in an under-construction building in a whopping amount of Rs. 119 crore. It is one of the biggest residential deals in the country.
The deal has a customized component wherein the builder will make the four floors as per preference of the actor. Reportedly, a Rs. 7 crore stamp duty has already paid for the transaction which includes the purchase of 11, 226 sq ft space, an exclusive 1300 sq ft terrace and 19 parking lots.
The per square feet price is around Rs.1 lakh. This quadruplex is likely to serve as the primary home to Ranveer Singh and his wife actress Deepika Padukone. Interestingly, in 2021, the couple bought a bungalow in Alibaug worth Rs. 22 crore.
