Indore, Madhya Pradesh girl Akanksha is an Indian TV actress, before starting her acting career she was an Air Hostess and in the year 2015 she made her Bollywood debut with Madhur Bhandharkar’s movie ‘Calendar Girls’ but the film did not receive any recognition from the box office.

Akanksha has been a part of many other films like Tihar, Praise the lord, Amrajyam II: Son of Alexander, etc. Apart from doing films, she has also been a part of several music videos such as Main jis din bhula doon, Hare Krishna Hare, Dangerous, etc.

Akanksha Puri was also a part of the popular television series Vighnaharta Ganesha in which she played the role of Goddess Parvati and she does receive much recognition for this role.
