KGF fame Yash started his acting career with appearances in several television shows. Priya Hassan’s directorial 2007 Jambada Hudugi marks his film debut.
His first film as a lead Rocky (2008) was a flop at the box office, however, the actor didn’t stop and gave back-to-back successes in the form of Googly, Raja Huli, Gajakesari, Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari, Masterpiece and Santhu Straight Forward. He tied the knot with his co-star Radhika Pandit in 2016 and has two children.
The actor attained nationwide recognition with the 2018 pan-India blockbuster KGF: Chapter 1. The sequel of the movie was released in mid-2022 to a humungous start and went on to become the 3rd highest-grossing Indian film of all time at the box office.
Yash won the hearts of cinephiles across the nation for the fierce portrayal of his role Rocky Bhai in the KGF franchise. The actor has an interesting lineup of movies on his slate for 2023 & 2024.

1- Yash19
Fans have been waiting with bated breath for the update on their favorite stars’ upcoming films. It is tentatively being termed Yash 19. Although no official announcement has been made by the makers yet, it is being said that Pooja Hegde will be seen opposite Yash in Yash19. As per the media reports, it will be directed by Nathan.
Recently, Yash dropped a hint about his upcoming film on social media platforms. He took to social media pages and posted a heartfelt note for his fans. 2- KGF-3
KGF-3 was announced in the mid-credits scene of KGF-2 and since then fans have been waiting for an announcement with bated breath about the third part in KGF franchise.
Recently, at a conclave of the national media house in Mumbai, Yash gave a straightforward answer to a query related to KGF 3, the actor said that if everything falls into place, he will definitely take it up later and not right now. That means KGF3 is not going on floors anytime soon at least until Yash 19.
KGF3 will be bankrolled under Vijay’s home banner Hombale films which recently gave another pan-India blockbuster Kantara.
