Samantha starrer “Yashoda” is nearing to complete its break even, the action thriller now needs only 2 Cr to emerge as a clean hit at the box office. It is directed and written by Hari-Harish and bankrolled by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banner Sridevi Movies.
It has grossed over 21.45 crores in its 5-day run which includes 14.65 crores in India and 5.8 Cr overseas. Yashoda is said to be made on a budget of 35 crores. The film has done a pre-release business of around 50 crores.

Yashoda Needs 2 Cr to Break Even
As per the Telugu box office tracker, T2BLive reports, the break-even target for the film is valued at Rs 11.50 Cr. Therefore, Yashoda will have to recover around 12 Cr shares to emerge successful at the box office.
The report also states that Yashoda has recovered over 10 crore shares in 5 days and now needs only 1.93 crore distributor shares to become a clean hit.
Yashoda Crosses Half Million Dollars in USA
Continuing its successful run in the U.S, Yashoda has crossed the $500K (In Indian Rupees 4 Cr approx) mark at the box office U.S on day 6. The news is announced by industry tracker, Ramesh Bala on social media.

Yashoda has brought in 33.94L from the pre-ticket sales for Wed, it sold over 20,000 tickets in advance on Wed. After a promising opening weekend, Samantha starrer faced a big drop of 62% on Mon for 1.33 Cr, it minted 0.89 Cr on Tue with again a big drop of 33%.
The film needs to hold well to emerge as a hit. As per the trade estimations, Yashoda collects around 80-84L on its first Wednesday taking the total collection to over 13 crores, nett.
