Directed and written by S.K. Vettri Selvan, Yenni Thuniga is an upcoming Tamil crime action thriller movie. It is produced by Suresh Subramanian, under the banner of Rain Of Arrows Entertainment. He also wrote the screenplay.
On the technical front, J.B. Dinesh Kumar is serving as the director of photography while V.J. Sabu Joseph has been taking care of editing. The film has music by Sam CS and art direction by K. Arusamy. M.J. Bharathi and K. Veeramani is the executive producer.
Yenni Thuniga Star Cast
The film actor Jai Sampath, the nephew of noted composer Deva and the cousin of Srikanth Deva, in the male lead role. His recent release action film Veerapandiyapuram, directed by Suseenthiran, was released on Feb 17, 2022.
Young actress Athulya Ravi, who made her acting debut with Kadhal Kan Kattudhe in 2017, is the female lead and playing Jai’s love interest in the movie. It is the second time she is pairing up with Jai after S. A. Chandrasekhar’s 2019 Tamil adult comedy film Capmaari.
Apart from the lead stars ,the film also features Anjali Nair, Vamsi Krishna, Vidhya Pradeep, Marimuthu, Sunil Reddy and producer Suresh Subramanian in key roles.
Yenni Thuniga Release Date
Although the makers of the movie haven’t released its release date, it is expected to release in the next month . The film will skip digital release and have a theater release.
The theatrical rights of the movie have been acquired by Krikes Cine Creations ,while the music rights acquired by Think Music.

The first single of the film, titled “Yenadi Penne” was also released in December last year, it was penned by music director Sam CS himself and was sung by Abhijit Rao.

The makers of the movie released the most-awaited trailer of this action thriller on September 9, 2021. The nearly 2 minute long trailer is full of action packed scenes. It shows Jai as an ordinary guy, who got involved in violence, due to some life changing incidents, which lead him to take revenge.
