Written and directed by Simranjit Singh Hundal, Ziddi Jatt: Chapter 1 is an upcoming Punjabi motion drama film that is going to be released in the third quarter of 2022.
The film was announced in 2019 and finally, in 2022, the team started the shooting on 15th Feb. The film will be a full action-packed drama that will revolve around the story of sand mining mafias.
The makers of the movie are very confident about the film and are claiming that this one is the first Punjabi film that would be seen with the same intensity after Allu Arjun starrer action drama film Pushpa: The Rise.
Ziddi Jatt: Chapter 1 Star Cast
This much-hyped Punjabi action drama film will star Popular Punjabi lyricist and singer Singga, who penned the lyrics of superhit Punjabi song “Badnaam”, sung by Mankirt Aulakh, is the male lead in the film.

Singga made his acting debut with the 2020 political drama “Jora: The Second Chapter” and after that, he appeared in the 2021 romantic drama “Kade Haan Kade Naa”.
Along with Singga, the film will also star Ranjha Vikram Singh, Sara Gurpal, Sweetaj Brar, Pradeep Rawat, Kanwalpreet Singh, and Kuljinder Singh in pivotal roles.

Ziddi Jatt: Chapter 1 Makers
The film is directed by Simranjit Singh Hundal, who also wrote the story and screenplay of the film. Hundal in the past directed movies such as “Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De”, “Gun & Goal” and “25 Kille”. The film’s dialogues are penned by Gurpreet Bhullar.
It is bankrolled by Rickey Singh Bedi, Ramandeep Singh, Barinder Singh, and Pradeep Rawat under the banners of Running Horses Films and Orion Studios.
Gauri Arora, Jimmy Asija, and Kailash Chandna are the co-producers while Jatin Dharna has served as the executive producer of the film. It has music by Ullumanati.
If we talk about technical work, the cinematography in the film is handled by Suresh Babu. The action scenes in the film are directed by K. Ganesh Kumar.
Ziddi Jatt: Chapter 1 Release Date
The makers of the movie revealed the release date of the movie on Monday, March 7, 2022, by dropping a poster. The film is going to be released on September 2, 2022. Along with the original (Punjabi) version, the film will also be released in the Hindi dubbed version on the same day.
