Amazon India launches its Amazon Prime Video Channels: Get the Subscription, Cost, Channel List & more details.
Streaming Service Amazon Prime has launched its new Amazon Prime Video Channels service for its viewers, partnered with 8 other OTT platforms including Discovery+, Lionsgate play, Docubay, Eros Now, MUBI, Hoichoi, Shorts Tv, and Manorama Max .
Now the content hungry people no need to go to any other app, they can enjoy all the services through the Amazon Prime Video Channels, that too at discount rates. It will start from Sept 24.
Amazon has 350+ OTT partners globally and they have also confirmed that they are going to add many more channels to the service. Amazon Prime Video already set a huge fan base in India too by delivering some of all-time best series and shows.
This is an add-on subscription-based OTT service, where the viewers can access other apps contents like Hoichoi, Shorts Tv on the Amazon Prime Video Channel service, without going to any other app, but you will have to get the subscription first for that particular OTT service.
You will pay for only that OTT App to which service you want to enjoy, not all the OTT Platforms. It will be a yearly subscription starting from Rs 299 to Rs 1999 for various platforms.

- Hoichoi gives the bengali contents like Web Series, Tv shows etc. and movies too.
- Lionsgate Play covers Franchise Movies, Award Winning Movies etc.
- Manorama Max presents news and infotainment contents
- MUBI covers Classic & Arthouse Cinema
- Shorts Tv covers Best short films globally including Academy Award winner films.
Gaurav Gandhi, Country Manager India , Amazon Prime Video has given the statement for the future of the Digital platform to the CNBCTV18, “ That we are the fastest growing marketplaces of content viewers as well as those who are willing to pay for it, In last two years we have grown three times in terms of viewing hours, and in three to five years we will have as many viewers as the tv watching viewers”.
