Nagaland State Lottery is a government lottery system run by the state government. Nagaland is among the several states where these lotteries are legal, and the government itself promotes them.

How To Claim Prize Money
The winning claim form for the Nagaland prize money is available through the official website. Players are required to abide by the Nagaland lottery rules. Winners can claim their winnings at the Nagaland Office in Kolkata if they exceed Rs. 10,000. Winners can send their claims and the necessary paperwork to the office addresses.
According to Section 194B of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the winner will get the prize money after TDS online deductions of 30% (if the winner is a resident), 30% surcharge (if applicable), and 4% educational cess (if the winner is a non-resident). This is the case if the prize money exceeds ₹10,000.
