Prime Minister Narendra Modi turns 72 on Saturday, September 2022. He is one of the popular political personalities in the world and a huge number of people admire him, so they show their curiosity on how the PM is going to celebrate his birthday.

PM Modi was born on September 17, 1950 in a Gujarati family in Vadnagar, Mehsana District of Bombay State (Present day Gujarat). He is the third of six children of Damodardas Mulchand Modi and Heeraben Modi. After serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for 13 years, he took oath as the Prime Minister of the Republic of India on May 26, 2014.

Ever since the Prime Minister has taken office in 2014, he celebrates his birthday in unique ways but one thing which has remained constant over the years, is his visiting his mother Heeraben Modi’s residence at Gandhinagar, Gujarat to seek her blessings.

How will the BJP celebrate PM’s Birthday in 2022?

Every year, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrates the PM’s birthday with a lot of enthusiasm and every year they discover some unique and new ways to celebrate his birthday and this year is no exception.

The party has decided to launch various campaigns to mark the day and it will celebrate the PM’s birthday for a period of 16 days as Seva Pakhwara or Service Fortnight. To celebrate the day, the BJP has decided to organise events from September 17 to October 2, 2022.

Under the Seva Pakhwara campaign, the Party will organise the Unity in Diversity festival, a blood donation campaign across the country. They will send out the message of “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat ” to people. A plantation drive, a cleanliness drive and awareness campaigns on Water Conservation will also be organised during the fortnight.

BJP Tamil Nadu will distribute gold rings to the newborns and will also distribute 720 kilograms of fish on September 17, 2022. As per Party’s plan, the day will also be celebrated as the coastal clean-up day.
