Parag Desai who was the Executive Director of Wagh Bakri Tea Group passed away on Sunday, October 22. Desai was 49 Years old and was survived by his wife Vidhisha and daughter Parisha Desai.
The Wagh Bakri Tea Group themselves announced the news of the death of Parag Desai. The company, in an Instagram post, shared, “With profound grief, we regret to inform the sad demise of our beloved Parag Desai”.
Parag Desai Death Reason?
The marketing chief of the Wagh Bakri Group claims that on October 15, Parag Desai took a stroll in the evening close to his residence. He slipped as he was attacked by some stray dogs when he was strolling.
His family was informed about the event by a security officer outside his home, and he was then taken to Shelby Hospital. Desai was moved to Zydus Hospital for surgery following a day of observation at Shelby Hospital.
On Sunday, though, he passed away from a cerebral hemorrhage that occurred during the course of treatment. In a social media post, Gujarat Congress chief and Rajya Sabha member Shaktisinh Gohil expressed his condolences on Desai’s passing.
“Very sad news coming in. Parag Desai, Director and owner of Wagh Bakri Tea passed away. He had a brain hemorrhage following a fall. May his soul rest in peace. My condolences to the entire Wagh Bakri family across India,” Gohil wrote.
