Shikhar Dhawan finally got divorced from his estranged wife Aesha Mukherji. The Delhi High Court granted divorce to Dhawan on the basis of Cruelty. Dhawan accused Mukherji that she is keeping Zorawar away from Shikhar Dhawan and his family.
Judge Harish Kumar of the Delhi High Court accepted all the allegations made by Dhawan in his divorce petition against his wife on the ground that the wife either did not contest the said allegations or failed to defend herself. Although, till now, the matter of custody of their son has yet to be solved.
