According to police officials, the real name of this conman is Kiran Bhai Patel, he is the son of Juddesh Bhai Patel, and he is a resident of Ghodasar in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Patel has over 1,000 followers, and his account is also verified on Twitter. He is also followed by BJP Gujarat General Secretary Pradip Singh Vaghela.
According to Patel’s Twitter bio, he has a PhD from Commonwealth University, Virginia, an MBA from IIM Trichy, an M Tech in Computer Science, and a BE in computer engineering. He also describes himself as a thinker, strategist, analyst, and campaign manager.

When Patel arrived at the airport on March 2, on his third journey to Kashmir, the security officials were suspicious of him because they had no information about the arrival of any VIP. The security Officials also attempted to halt him at the airport, but he drove himself to the hotel in a bulletproof SUV car.
The Jammu & Kashmir Police apprehended him at a five-star hotel in Srinagar. During his arrest the security officials also recovered some forged identification cards and documents from his possession.
The Gujarat Police also investigating regarding Kiran Patel’s criminal history as well as his connections in Gujarat. So far, three cases have been filed against him at various police locations in Gujarat. The Ahmedabad crime branch and the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) have also launched inquiries regarding this incident.
