Srikanth Bolla is the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Bollant Industries Private Limited, a fast-growing, eco-friendly disposable paper and packaging products manufacturing company.
He was born blind into a family of farmers in rural India and went on to become the first International blind student at MIT, where he studied business management. His company Bollant employs and trains differently-abled individuals to manufacture eco-friendly and compostable packaging.

Hailing from a small nondescript village in rural Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth Bolla (7 July 1992) was born blind to poor, uneducated parents. His family was mainly dependent on farming.
He had faced immense opposition and struggle early in life, but the challenges made him grow up to be a strong, trailblazing visionary.

After his matriculation, Srikanth pursued science for the senior class but was not permitted to do so. He had to fight a long battle with the government to study science beyond the 10th standard in school.
Srikanth always had bigger dreams and aspired for much more than what others expected of him. He not only topped his class with a 98% on the twelfth standard board exams but also managed to be the first International blind student in MIT, USA.

In 2011, Srikanth co-founded Samanvai Center for Children with multiple disabilities, which provided educational, vocational, financial, and rehabilitation services to students for an economically independent and self-sustained life.
While studying at MIT, he established a computer training center promoting computer independence for educational and employment goals with grants from MIT Public Service Centre.
Srikanth started Bollant Industries in 2012, he co-founded it with Swarnalatha Takkilapati and Ravi Mantha. The company was started with a mere capital of about Rs 10 L. And as per its official website, today, the company has grown to Rs 500 Cr approx. It has an annual turnover of more than Rs 100 Cr and has 500+ employees.

In 2017, Srikanth was named 30 under 30 on Forbes India’s List of Emerging Entrepreneurs under the age of 30. He was also listed in World Economic Forum’s ‘Young Global Leaders’ in 2021.

- Pratibha Excellence Awards, awarded by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for academic excellence.
- In 2018, he was awarded, the Pride of Telangana Award in the emerging business entrepreneur category by Round Table India.

- Best Youth Leader Award from the former President of India in 2012.

- Distinguished Youth Service Award presented by Dr. J. Bapu Reddy for Outstanding Academic Performance in 2010.
