Candidates applying for the Railway Group D exam must be well informed about the RRB Group D Eligibility Criteria, which comprises factors like nationality, education qualification, age limit, etc.
Nationality
- A candidate must be a citizen of India, a subject of either Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who moved to India before January 1, 1962.
- A candidate of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam
Educational Qualification
As per Railway Group D qualification, a candidate must have completed their high school (Class 10) from an institution recognised by NCVT or SCVT or hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) provided by NCVT.

RRB Group D 2023 Admit Card
Candidates who successfully apply for the RRB Group D exam will be issued an RRB Group D admit card in two phases: the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), separately.
Also, the RRB Group D admit card for the PET will be issued to those candidates who successfully cleared the CBT for RRC Group D Level 1. Candidates have to log in to the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board with their registration number, roll number, date of birth, and password to download their admit card.
RRB Group D 2023 Cut-Off
In order to qualify for the computer-based test (CBT), the candidates are required to score minimum qualifying marks or cut-off marks in RRB Group D. The RRB Group D cut-off will be decided by the board and will be released along with the result. The cut-off is decided on the basis of:

- The difficulty level of the examination
- The number of candidates who appeared in the examination
- The process of normalisation
RRB Group D 2023 Result
The Railway Recruitment Board will declare the RRB Group D result almost a month after the conduction of the exam. The RRB Group D result of the CBT will be allowed in the first phase, and the candidates who clear it will be allowed to take the PET of the Railway Group D exam.

RRB Group D 2023 Salary
As per the 7th Pay Commission, Railway Group D’s salary is between Rs. 22,500 and Rs. 25,000, with a basic pay of Rs. 18,000. In addition to the base salary, Group D salary includes perks and allowances such as HRA (House Rent Allowance 1140 up to 4320), DA (Dearness Allowance > 34%), travel allowances, medical benefits, etc.
