The candidates applying for the RRB Group D exam must be well informed about the RRB Group D 2023 Eligibility Criteria, which comprises factors like nationality, education qualification, age limit, etc.
Nationality
- A candidate must be a citizen of India, a subject of either Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who moved to India before January 1, 1962.
- A candidate of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam
Educational Qualification
To be eligible for the RRB Group D examination, a candidate must have completed their High School (Class 10) from an institution recognised by NCVT/SCVT or hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) provided by NCVT.

RRB Group D 2023 Application Process
The steps to filling out your RRB Group D 2023 Online Application form are given below:
- Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board of your region.
- Register yourself by submitting the details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, Aadhar no., SSLC/Metric Registration No., year of passing, mobile no., email ID, etc.
- Both the email ID and mobile number will be verified during the Online Application Process with a One Time Password (OTP).
- Proceed with the online application by clicking on “Already Registered” and using the auto-generated registration number and password.
- Now fill in your educational and other details as well as your preferences for the posts.
- Bank details are also required to get a refund of the fees.
- Upload your scanned passport-size image and signature as per the format.
- On completion of the details, pay the required application fee via online or offline modes.

RRB Group D 2023 Admit Card
Candidates who successfully apply for the RRB Group D 2023 examination will be issued an admit card in two phases: Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), separately.
Also, the admit card for the PET will be issued to those candidates who successfully cleared the CBT for RRC Group D Level 1. Candidates have to login to the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board with Registration Number/ Roll No. and Date of Birth/ Password to download their admit card.
RRB Group D 2023 Cut-Off
In order to qualify the Computer-based Test (CBT), the candidates are required to score minimum qualifying marks or cut-off marks in the RRB Group D 2023. The cut-off will be decided by the board and will be released along with the result. The cut-off is decided on the basis of:
- The number of vacancies
- The difficulty level of the examination
- The number of candidates who appeared in the examination
- The process of normalisation
RRB Group D 2023 Result
The Railway Recruitment Board will declare the results of the RRB Group D 2023 examination almost a month after the conduction of the exam. The result of the CBT will be allowed in the first phase, and the candidates who clear it will be allowed to give the PET of the RRC Group D 2023 exam.
