SSC GD Exam Pattern 2024: Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates who clear the SSC GD written exam will go through the SSC GD physical exam, i.e., PST and PET. The exam is held to examine the candidates’ physical fitness for the post of GD constable. Both males and females have to meet the standard set by the SSC.
As per the SSC GD physical requirement, candidates’ ages should be 170 cm for males and 157 cm for females. Candidates who belong to the reserved category will be given relaxation.
