SSC JE Selection Process 2023: SSC JE Paper 1
Paper 1 is the first stage of the SSC JE Selection Process and consists of only objective-type questions. Paper 1 is conducted via CBT. The SSC JE Exam Pattern for Paper 1 consists of three sections. The duration of the Paper 1 exam is 2 hours. There are 200 multiple-choice questions on the exam, each worth 1 mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.

SSC JE Selection Process 2023: SSC JE Paper 2
The second stage of the SSC JE Selection is Paper 2, which is an offline exam that is administered using the pen-and-paper method. Paper 2 includes descriptive questions. Paper 2 consists of subject-specific questions. The questions in the exam will be related to the respective engineering discipline.

SSC JE Selection Process 2023: Document Verification
Candidates who clear both Papers 1 and 2 will be called for the SSC JE document verification round. Candidates have to bring the required documents along with their photocopies. The DV round is conducted to check the eligibility of candidates.
