Document Verification (DV)
The candidates who clear the Computer-Based Examination will be called for the Document Verification round before being allotted the post of Scientific Assistant in the Indian Meteorological Department.
Document Verification (DV) will be done by the Indian Meteorological Department, which will also issue the Admission Certificates for DV to candidates through its website.
Candidates are therefore advised to regularly visit the official website of IMD after their CBE is cleared. Also, a notice regarding the document verification will be uploaded on the website of the Staff Selection Commission.
Along with the Admission Certificate and two passport-size recent colour photographs, the candidates must also bring the original documents mentioned below, along with their photocopies:
