International yoga day is celebrated every year on 21 June. So today on TUESDAY 2022 India with the prime minister, president, and many other Bollywood and tv celebrities are celebrating the 8th international yoga day.
In the easiest term yoga is the simplest way of making your body fit and healthy. Yoga is that one exercise that can be done by any age group and is going to benefit the body in every manner.
All the celebrities, PM Modi, Politicians and other people from different industries do yoga on a regular basis, are very maintained and they are aware and tell fans to do the same for better health and calmness.

A display of 19 yoga poses will take place in 45 minutes during International Yoga Day celebrations. Yoga day was celebrated by everyone and prime minister Narendra Modi has celebrated the international yoga day at Mysuru places in Karnataka.
The Prime Minister was also doing some yoga asanas and was motivating others to do yoga and exercise on regular basis.

An amazing and spectacular yoga performance was performed by Indio Tibetan border(ITBP) police jawans. The jawans were performing at the height of 17,000 feet in Ladakh.
