After Maharashtra C.M Uddhav Thackeray announced on his social media account that the cinema theatres are going to reopen from Oct 22. After this, 14 films officials have announced their release date, which was sort of a record in itself.
Now the John Abraham starrer Satyameva Jayate 2’s banner Emmay Entertainment, has also announced the official release date of the film. It is a sequel to the earlier film Satyamev Jayte (2018), it was a big hit at the box office, it was made up of 38 crores of budget and had a box office gross collection of 110 crores worldwide.
Earlier the film was supposed to be released with Salman Khan’s Radhe on the occasion of Eid but got delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic in India. It is a vigilante action thriller genre film, the vigilante genre meaning that the legal system fails the main lead to give justice, then he himself took the laws in his hands.

The film features John Abraham in a double role as an honest officer, and a vigilante, Divya Khosla Kumar is also appearing in the movie as a lady lead opposite to John. Other actors in the movie are Rajeev Pillai, Anup Soni, and Sahil Vaid, other than John, no actor from the former project has re-entered the film.

The first motion poster of the film was launched by John Abraham on 17 March 2021 with the caption, “its Satya vs Jay, Ladenge is Saal Dono Bharat Ma Ke Laal”, where a cop John and the vigilante John is seen fighting with each other in front of National Emblem.
The second poster of the film was again launched by John on his official Twitter handle on 21 Sept 2021 with the caption, “Jis Desh Ki Maiya Ganga Hai, Woh Khoon Bhi Tiranga hai”, where John is seen as a farmer carrying his plough in the poster.
Satyameva Jayate 2 Release Date
Recently on 26 Sept, 2021 Makers of the film Emmay Entertainment has announced the release date of the film on their official Twitter handle with the caption, “2 Takke Ki Jaan Lene, 56 Inch ka Jigra nhi 56 Inch ka Hathoda Chahiye”. The vigilante action film, the spiritual sequel of the Satyamev Jayate, will release on 26 November 2021 in theatres worldwide.

Satyameva Jayate 2 Budget
Films shooting started from Oct 2020 in Lucknow and ended in Jan 2021, it is filmed majorly in Lucknow and Mumbai areas, the film’s budget said to be around 45-50 crores, however, there is no official announcement on the production cost by the makers of the film.
Milap Zaveri has directed as well as written the story of the film. It is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Advani and made under the T Series and Emmay Entertainment production houses.
Tanishk Bagchi, Mithoon, and Arko Pravo Mukherjee have given their music in the movie. Dudley and Maahir Zaveri have done the cinematography and edited the film respectively. The Trailer and the Teaser of the film is yet to be released.
