Bear Grylls and Rajinikanth shoot for Man vs Wild episode at Bandipur National Park

After PM Narendra Modi, South legend Rajinikanth to feature in Bear Grylls’ Man vs Wild episode. The show will be shot in Karnataka’s Bandipur National Park that serves as a tiger reserve for Project Tiger in India.

Bear Grylls is touted to be the biggest adventurer in the world. The British man who has made stars like Kate Winslet, Channing Tatum, Zac Efron, Ben Stiller, Kate Hudson, Michelle Rodriguez, James Marsden and Michael Jordan dance to the tunes of nature in his survival show Man Vs Wild. Last time Bear Grylls got PM Narendra Modi to taste his kind of adventure on a special episode of Man Vs Wild.

Talking about PM Modi’s stint on the show in 2019, he said that Modi thoroughly enjoyed and supported their journey while they met with some obstacles. At the Jim Corbett National Park, they were hit by big stones and torrential rains as their team bet their life while shooting. He said it was a delight to watch the influential leader perform to his full potential in a crisis situation. ‘You never really know what someone is like until there’s a crisis. It was good to be reminded that as a world leader, Prime Minister Modi is calm in a crisis’, he added.

This time Bear Grylls will have none other than India’s highest-paid and most-celebrated actor Rajinikanth on the show. The actor with a Bollywood career spanning four decades will join Grylls on a dreaded adventure in the next episode. It will be interesting to see Thalaiva join forces with Grylls as they deep dive into the wilderness of nature. So far, Bear and Grylls have shot for six hours at the Bandipur Tiger Reserve, Karnataka. Day 2 of the shoot began on Tuesday morning. Rajinikanth has apparently taken two days off from the shooting schedule of his upcoming film ‘Thalaivar 168′, a cop drama.

In other news, Bear Grylls’ popular show National Geographic’s Running Wild With Bear Grylls will be returning to the small screen very soon. The show will feature Hollywood celebrities like Channing Tatum, Brie Larson, Joel McHale, Cara Delevingne, Rob Riggle, Armie Hammer and Dave Bautista experience the varied elements of nature with the man himself.
