CM Yogi ready for CBI probe in the survivor accident case of Unnao rape

After being pressurized by the opposition for a CBI probe in the survivor accident case of Unnao rape, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that he is ready to recommend a CBI probe.

The alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl in Unnao has taken the whole country by storm. And the most shocking thing in this whole incident is that the victim is claiming a BJP MLA to be behind the whole incident- PTI.

The rape survivor tried to immolate herself in front of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi’s office, and her father died in judicial custody right afterward. On Sunday, an over-speeding truck hit the rape case survivor leaving her and the advocate handling her case critically injured.

This whole plethora brought the case under the limelight in media, and several protests are going on to seek justice for the victim.

BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar who is the accused in this rape case was arrested on Apri 13 last year, but the recent case on Sunday points fingers towards him as the mother of the victim said that though he is in jail his men are everywhere and he is implementing his dangerous plans from the jail also.

The registration plate of the truck was painted black, which indicates a big conspiracy in this matter. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav and Congress party have sought that CBI should probe into the incident as security had been provided to the rape survivor, but no security personnel was present at the time of the accident.

After several rounds of pressure by the opposition party, Adityanath government has finally agreed that the government is ready to recommend a CBI probe to investigate the matter if the family of Unnao rape survivor wants. The CBI probe is also necessary to probe whether it was just an accident or a conspiracy.
