Wife of the martyred pilot joins Indian Air Force to honour her husband

Garima Abrol is all set to honour the martyrdom of her husband in a memorable way by joining the Indian Air Force. She will take the legacy of her husband forward through this big decision.

There have always been commendable achievements that our armed force personnel have shown that makes our heart explode with joy.

They don’t even think of their life when it comes to protecting their country from the terrorists and other evil sources.

Recently in an evil and tragic plane crash, we lost our 13 Air Force Pilots. While the country is mourning over their death, their family is the real hero who creates a league of warriors for the nation and has the heart to live with this loss forever.

Their wives especially should be honoured as it takes lots of courage to marry the men who’re bound first by their uniform.

Garima Abol the wife of a martyred pilot, however, decided to step into her husband’s shoes and serve the Indian Air Force.

Her husband Samir Abrol was martyred in the plane crash of Mirage 2000 in February this year. This woman of great substance was recommended to join AFA from AFSB Varanasi. In January 2020 she’ll be joining the Indian Air Force.

She said that she has decided to join the Indian Air Force because she wants to see how life looks in her husband’s shoes.

A woman loses the zeal to live once she loses her husband, but this woman has chosen not to perish; rather, she decided to move on to fill the shoes that her husband has left behind.
