Shah Rukh Khan is a globally famed Indian actor and film producer who is well known for the romantic characters played by him in the majority of his Bollywood movies.

Shah Rukh Khan was born and brought up in the Rajendra Nagar area of New Delhi and did his initial schooling from St. Columbia’s School.

Shah Rukh Khan’s father, Meer Taj Mohammed Khan was an Indian Independence activist in present-day Pakistan before the partition of India. While Shah Rukh’s father moved to Delhi after Indian Independence but his paternal family stayed at Peshawar in Pakistan.
