Indian Cricket player Krunal Pandya and his wife Pankhuri Sharma announced the birth of their first child on Sunday, July 24, 2022. The couple took to their respective social media platforms to announce the news of their firstborn son.
The couple also revealed on social media that the name of their son will be ‘Kavir Krunal Pandya’, and the couple also shared a picture of them holding their newborn and both of them looked really happy in the picture.
Krunal and Pankhuri’s Marriage
Krunal and Pankhuri Sharma got married back in December 2017 after dating for some time and in an interview the couple revealed that Krunal proposed to Pankhuri Sharma after he won man of the match for Mumbai Indians(MI) IN 2017 during Indian Premier League (IPL).
By profession, Pankhuri is a model and has worked with various brands. Krunal has played 5 ODIs for India and has scored 130 runs and he has played 19 T20Is, scoring 124 runs at an average of 24.80 and has bagged 15 wickets.
He played for Mumbai Indians for a long time in Indian Premier League (IPL), And in the year 2022 he was bought by the Lucknow SuperGiants mega auction for INR 8.25 Crore.
He played 14 games for the team and scored 183 runs. And he picked 10 wickets.

Several other Indian players and celebrities including KL Rahul, Aparshakti Khurana, Ishan Kishan, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Gaurav Kapoor congratulated the couple and their newborn.
Krunal Pandya is currently out of the Indian team and the last match that he played was against Sri Lanka in July 2021.
