The Pro-Kabaddi League season 9 Auction 2022 will be starting from today in Mumbai. It is going to be a two day event which will be held on 5th and 6th of August.
The biggest names who will go under the hammer are successful players from the previous season, Pardeep Narwal and Pawan Sherawat, Abhishek Singh, Fazel Atrachali.
Money the franchise can spend to build their Teams
According to the rules, each franchise can spend up to 4.4 crore to build their team, while availing 3 final bid match cards, which are dependent on the number of players a team has already retained.
Bidding price according to the category
There will be four categories in the bidding, Category A,B,C,D and there will be a base price of each category. The base price of category A is 30 Lakhs, base price of category B is 20 Lakhs, base price of category C is 10 Lakhs and the base price for Category D is 6 Lakh.
Teams in Pro-Kabaddi League
There are 12 teams in total that will participate in the two-day Pro Kabaddi League event. The list includes Puneri Paltan, Bengal Warriors, UP Yoddhas, Tamil Thalaivas, Bengaluru Bulls, U Mumba, Telugu Titans, Patna Pirates, Haryana Steelers, Jaipur Pink Panthers, Gujarat Giants, and Dabang Delhi KC.
When and where to watch live streaming PKL 9
The Auction Ceremony of Pro-Kabaddi League season 9 is scheduled to start at 6 PM (IST) and it will be broadcasted live on Star Sports First, Star Sports 1 Hindi HD, Star Sports 2, Star Sports 1 Kannada, Star Sports 1 Tamil and Star Sports 1 Telugu Star Sports 1 Kannada TV channels in India.
And viewers can also watch the live streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar as well.
